Frankie Muniz on his Mini-Stroke: “I Couldn’t Say Words”

Malcolm in the Middlestar Frankie Muniz turns 27 today. And last week, he suffered a mini-stroke.  TMZ reported the news on Tuesday, citing a source was taken to an Arizona ER on Friday when friends noticed he was “acting really weird” — having trouble speaking and understanding words — and they got freaked out.”
On Good Morning America today the actor/musician explained, “I couldn’t say words. I thought I was saying them! My fiance, was looking at me like I was speaking a foreign language.”
This all happened while Muniz was riding a motorcycle and he suddenly lost vision in one eye.   The stroke was considered extremely rare.  In fact less than 10% of people under the age of 45 have this.  And the strange thing is that Muniz doesn’t drink, smoke, anything.   He’s lucky that he didn’t have a more seriously injury given he was on a motorcycle.
We obviously wish him well and for a speedy recovery.
