The Spice Girls Viva Forever Musical is a Total Bust

spice Reviewers panned a production loosely based on the band’s meteoric rise to fame in the 1990s, complaining that its “charmless” script failed even as a basic invention for folding nostalgic pop hits into a West End stage show.
Independent newspaper critic Paul Taylor said the show “only achieves the kind of deliriously silly and joyous lift-off” at its encore and blamed scriptwriter Jennifer Saunders.
Hey what can you do?  When you’re not a 100% success anymore you do the next best thing.  You chronicle the success you had.  And then when that obviously fails your next best move is to join the porn industry.  I’m just saying.  Tell me that’s not the next logical step.  Seriously.
I’m still waiting on a Backstreet Boys and N’ Sync musical.   Keep dreaming!  P.S. where’s Victoria????
